## 1. Return Eligibility


At *BHEZOO, returns are accepted **only in genuine and verified cases*.


A return will be considered *only if*:

* The product received is *incorrect*

* Any item is *missing* from the package

* Customers must raise a return request *within 24 hours of delivery*

* Requests raised after *24 hours* will *not be accepted*

To initiate a return, the following proof is *mandatory*:


* A *clear, single-take, unedited unboxing video*

* Clear photos of:


* The product

* Packaging

* Shipping label

* Valid *Order ID*


❗ Returns without proper proof will be *automatically rejected*.

## 4. Non-Returnable Cases


Returns will *NOT* be accepted in the following situations:


* Customer does not like the product

* Wrong size, color, or variant selected by the customer

* Product has been *used, washed, worn, or damaged*

* Tags removed or original packaging missing

* Delay in delivery due to courier, weather, strike, or force majeure

* Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer

* Customer refused delivery or was unavailable

* Sale / discounted products (if applicable)

* Late complaints or complaints without proof

## 5. Condition of Returned Products


For a return to be approved:


* Product must be *unused and in original condition*

* All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact

* Any free items received must also be returned


Failure to meet these conditions may result in *return rejection*.

* Approved returns may be picked up by *BHEZOO’s logistics partner*, where serviceable

* If pickup is not available, customers may be required to *self-ship* the product

* Return shipping charges may be *deducted*, depending on the case

* Returned products will undergo *quality inspection*

* After successful inspection, *BHEZOO reserves the right* to:


* Provide a *replacement*, or

* Process a *refund* as per the Refund Policy

COD Orders – Important Notice

At *BHEZOO*, Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are verified before dispatch to prevent fake orders, losses, and misuse.


By placing a COD order, the customer agrees to all the terms mentioned in this policy.

## 2. COD Order Cancellation Policy


### ✅ When a COD Order Can Be Cancelled


* COD orders can be cancelled *only before dispatch*

* Cancellation requests must be raised within the allowed time window

* Once the order status is *“Shipped” or “Dispatched”, cancellation is **NOT allowed*

### ❌ When COD Cancellation Is Not Allowed


* Order already shipped or out for delivery

* Customer is unreachable or unresponsive

* Repeated COD cancellations by the same customer


👉 *BHEZOO reserves the right to disable COD facility* for customers with repeated cancellations.

## 3. How to Cancel a COD Order


To cancel a COD order, the customer must:


* Contact BHEZOO Customer Support via Email or WhatsApp

* Share the *Order ID* and registered contact details

* Cancellation approval depends on the current order status


📌 Final approval is subject to *BHEZOO management decision*.

## 4. COD Return Eligibility


COD orders are eligible for return *only in the following cases*:


* Product received is *damaged*

* Product received is *incorrect*

* Any item is *missing* from the package

* Cancel existing or future orders
