## 1. Order Cancellation – General Rules


At *BHEZOO, order cancellation is allowed **only before dispatch*.

Once an order is *dispatched or shipped, it **cannot be cancelled*.


By placing an order, the customer agrees to this Cancellation Policy.

## 2. When an Order Can Be Cancelled


An order *can be cancelled only if*:


* Order status is *Processing*

* Order has *not yet been dispatched or shipped*

* Cancellation request is raised *within the allowed time window*

## 3. When Cancellation Is NOT Allowed


Cancellation will *NOT be accepted* if:


* Order is already *Shipped / Dispatched / Out for Delivery*

* Delay is caused by courier, weather, strike, or force majeure

* Customer changes mind after dispatch

* Customer is unreachable or non-responsive

## 4. How to Cancel an Order


To cancel an order, the customer must:


* Contact *BHEZOO Customer Support* via Email or WhatsApp

* Provide a valid *Order ID*

* Wait for confirmation based on order status


👉 Final approval is subject to *BHEZOO management decision*.

## 5. COD Order Cancellation


* *COD orders can be cancelled only before dispatch*

* COD orders *cannot be cancelled after dispatch*

* Repeated COD cancellations may result in *COD option being blocked*

## 6. Prepaid Order Cancellation & Refund


* If a prepaid order is cancelled *before dispatch, refund will be processed as per the **Refund Policy*

* Refund processing may take *7–10 business days* depending on the payment method

## 7. Cancellation Charges


* No charges apply if the order is cancelled *before dispatch*

* Cancellation *after dispatch is not allowed*, and no refund will be issued

## 8. Repeated Cancellation Abuse


*BHEZOO reserves the right to*:


* Limit or block order cancellations for repeated misuse

* Suspend or block customer accounts

* Reject future orders without prior notice
